摘要

建设低碳城市,新能源产业是重要基础。叙述了保定依托中国电谷的发展在新能源应用方面具有的优越条件以及新能源技术在保定节能减排方面应用的具体效果,指出,新能源技术是低能耗、低排放、低污染的经济发展模式。保定在推动节能减排与低碳经济发展方面不仅具有自身特色,还具有深远意义。
        The new energy industry is an important foundation in construction of low-carbon city.This paper analyzes it is a new energy applications in favorable conditions relying on the development of "Electricity Valley of China" in Baoding,and analysis of new energy technologies in the energy saving effect of the specific application the advantages and the development of new energy technologies in Baoding,emphasized new energy is far-reaching in energy conservation,recycling economy and building a conservation-oriented society and harmonious society,integrated practice.It is an own characteristics of economic development in the promotion of energy conservation and Reduce emissions in Baoding,it is far-reaching significance.
