双T板单层工业厂房结构空间刚度的研究

摘要
目的研究带有吊车的双T板单层工业厂房在水平荷载作用下,其纵梁截面的设计方法.方法纵梁和双T板的空间结构可以简化为带有弹性支座的连续梁,弹性支座相当于吊车的水平荷载传至柱子时柱子的抗侧能力对水平梁的作用.通过计算连续梁,来解决该种结构的空间问题.结果随着截面惯性矩I值的增加,纵向弯矩值在减小,且随着混凝土E值的增大,在相同I值的情况下弯矩值也在减小.结论梁的纵向抗弯刚度越大、混凝土的级别越高,结构的空间刚度越好.设计该种结构时应注意校核其水平方向弯矩.
The designing of horizontal beam of single floor industrial building with crane is discussed.The space structure of horizontal beam and double-T plate is simplified as a continuous beam with elastic support.The elastic support is equivalent to lateral resistance of column while horizontal load is to the column.In order to solve the space structure,the continuous beam is calculated.The space stiffness of this structure is amended while cross-section inertia moment's increasing and concrete elastic ratio's adding.Horizontal moment must be considered while designing this structure.
