摘要

针对施工项目管理中成本控制存在的问题,从技术、社会、经济的角度论述了施工项目成本控制系统包含的内容,研究了项目成本控制原则,就如何进行成本控制提出了一系列应对措施,从而使施工管理符合成本控制目标要求。
Aiming at the existing problems of the costs control in the construction management,the paper,from the angles,such as technology,society,economy,illustrates the contents which is included in the system of the costs control in the construction management,studies the principle of the costs control in constructions and points out a series of solutions on how to undertake the costs control in order to make the construction management meet the objective requirements of the costs control.
