数字光纤传输技术在电热炮参数测试中的应用

摘要
电热化学炮工作时常伴随高压脉冲大电流放电,由此而产生的强电磁干扰对其瞬态参数的测试产生严重影响.文章提出采用数字光纤传输技术,应用高速光收发模块、复杂可编程逻辑阵列CPLD,设计了一种抗电磁干扰性强、采样频率高、传输速率快的数字式光纤传输测试系统.给出了某实验室采用光纤传输技术及屏蔽措施对电热化学炮膛压测试曲线,并与传统方法的膛压测试结果进行了比较.该方法可拓展应用到各种抗强电磁场干扰的参数测试场合.
The parameters measurement of electro-thermal chemical gun(ETCG) is seriously influenced by the strong electromagnetic interference(EMI) due to the large-current discharging of high-voltage pulse.The paper applied the digital fiber transmission technology,high-speed fiber-optic transmitting & receiving module and the complicated programmable logic device(CPLD) to design a digital fiber transmitting system with powerful anti-EMI capability and high transmitting rate.A chamber pressure curve of ETCG by combining the fiber transmission technology and the shield method was given and compared with the curve by the traditional measuring approach.The fiber transmission technology can be widely applied to the parameters measurement with strong EMI.
