基于连通管原理的光电液位挠度监测仪

摘要
桥梁的挠度是表征桥梁安全状况的最重要指标。设计了光电液位式挠度传感器,利用连通器的原理,把安装在桥梁上连通管内的液位变化,通过光学成像的方法进行识别,以此来获得桥梁挠度的变化。采用RS-485总线转以太网的方法进行数据的远程传输,上位机可以自动控制任意一个传感器单元的数据采集,获得可靠稳定的数据,进行分析处理,得到桥梁的健康状况。系统能够实现长期、在线、高精度、非接触监测。
The deflection is the most important factor among all parameters which can indicate the safety condition of bridge.The photoelectric liquid level deflection sensor was designed according to the principle of connected vessels.The connecting pipe was installed on the bridge.The change of the deflection can be obtained by recognizing the liquid level change by the way of optical imaging.The method that RS-485 bus transformed to Ethernet was used to implement the long distance data transmission.The upper computer can control any sensor unit and process the credible and stable data to get the healthy state of the bridge.This system can achieve long time online and high precision non-contact measuring.
