摘要

针对《建筑抗震设计规范》规定的平面扭转不规则结构,考查了水平地震作用下不同结构效应受偶然偏心影响的增幅变化规律,在分析结果的基础上,对现行规范的相关规定提出了改进建议。
Compared with Europe and U.S.codes which consider accidental eccentricity in any case,it is not very strict in our codes to consider accidental eccentricity under special conditions.For the irregular plane structure with different eccentricity,the change regulation of the structure effect considered accidental eccentricity is discussed in this paper.
