网格计算技术在石油勘探开发中的应用

摘要
网格计算技术正在逐步走向成熟、开放和标准化,国内外网格研究与建设项目正蓬勃展开,许多网格正逐步进入生产应用阶段,多种网格软件产品(如GlobusToolkit、UNICORE等)已可供实际应用。网格将成为石油勘探开发行业业务工作流程的信息基础设施,满足石油工业对高性能计算强劲和持续的需求。本文描述了油气地震勘探应用网格SeisGrid的体系结构、关键技术和应用情况。
Grid computing is becoming practicable, open and standard. Around the world a lot of grid projects and initiatives are being implemented, and many of them tend to be productive. There are several production ready grid softwares such as Globus Toolkit and UNICORE. Grid will become the information infrastructure of business workflow in the petroleum industry. Advances in grid computing technology will meet the tremendous and scalable demands of petroleum E&P for high performance computing. This paper describes the architecture, key technology and application of SeisGrid.
