大连小平岛假日公寓超高层住宅抗震设计

摘要
大连小平岛假日公寓是由两栋超高层主楼和五层大底盘裙房组成的超高层建筑,主楼高度为269.0m,是国内目前拟建的最高住宅,工程平面由4个结构单元与核心筒组成,采用"剪力墙+核心筒"的结构体系。针对工程的特点、超限情况,进行基于性能化结构抗震设计,在设计中采用SATWE、ETABS程序,进行小震作用和中震作用下结构整体计算分析、弹性时程分析的弹性设计,并对4个独立单元进行整体稳定分析;在中震作用下,对受力最不利墙肢进行轴力校核,确保墙肢底部不会出现拉应力,保证竖向构件的中震弹性设计;在大震作用下,采用ABAQUS程序进行动力弹塑性时程分析,以找出大震作用下的薄弱部位。同时,对受力复杂的连接楼板运用多种计算方法进行计算比较,并运用PMSAP程序进行有限元分析。对以上分析结果中薄弱部位及关键部位采用相应构造措施,以保证抗震性能目标的实现。结果表明,该结构体系是安全、可行的。
The holiday apartment in Dalian Xiao-Ping island is 269 meters high,and it is composed of two super high-rise towers and a five-floor podium.This building employs the so-called "shear wall-core tube" structural system.This paper investigated the system characteristics and the seismic performances of the structure.Programs SATWE and ETABS were used to investigate its structural behavior under frequent and moderate earthquakes.The elastic time-history analysis and stability analysis for four independent elements were also performed.The axial-force of most disadvantageous wall under moderate earthquakes was examined to guarantee no tensile stress developing.By means of ABAQUS,the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under severe earthquakes was performed to identify the weak components of the building,and several kinds of calculated results of complex slabs were compared,and the finite element program PMSAP was used to analyse.Some constructional measures were employed to enhance the seismic performances of weak components,so that to ensure the seismic safety of the building.The results indicate that this structure system is safe and feasible.
