摘要

分析研究农村房屋易损性是防震减灾工作中必不可少的一部分。本文通过对苏北地区自然村民房的随机调查,分析其存在的问题,对其做出易损性的分析研究。苏北地区农房抗震性能总体水平较低。随着农村经济的发展和提高,应加强农村民居防震减灾工作指导,提高农村民居抗震能力。
An analysis on the vulnerability of houses in the countryside is an indispensable part of disaster prevention and mitigation.Based on a random survey of the houses in the north of Jiangsu Province,the authors analyze the problems as well as the housing vulnerability.Houses in this area have little quakeproof capability.But with the suburban economic development and improvement,with the government guidance to the people,the quakeproof capabilities will be increased.
