铬对抗大变形管线钢组织和性能的影响

摘要
研究了铬元素对X80抗大变形管线钢的微观结构和力学性能的影响。采用准静态拉伸试验,对其屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率进行测试;采用热膨胀法,在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上测定了两种试验钢的动态CCT曲线。结果表明:铬元素的添加降低了碳的活度,显著抑制了先共析铁素体的形成,提高了贝氏体转变温度,使钢的抗拉强度提高约40 MPa,屈服强度基本不变,但使伸长率由19%降低到15%,-20℃冲击功由92 J降低到52 J。
The effects of element chromium additions on the properties and microstructure X80 high deformability pipeline was investigated deeply.The strength and elongation of alloys were tested with quasi-static tensile testing machine,and the continuous cooling transformation was conducted on a Gleeble-1500 hot simulator.The results indicate that Cr restrains the formation of pro-eutectoid ferrite and tensile strength are improved while the yield strength are not changed but the elongation and the value of the CVN at-20℃ of X80 high deformability pipeline reduce from 19%,92J to 14.5%,52J.
