长庆气区低渗透气藏开发技术创新与管理创新

摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地是我国第二大沉积盆地,天然气资源十分丰富,但开发对象是典型的"低渗、低压、低丰度"气藏。由于受储层物性差、隐蔽性强和非均质性强,以及复杂的黄土、沙漠地表条件等客观因素的限制,长庆气区的开发难度很大。近年来,中国石油长庆油田公司面对低渗透实际,依靠技术创新和管理创新,先后实现了靖边、榆林和苏里格等气田的成功开发。形成了气藏精细描述、高精度二维地震预测、薄层水平井轨迹控制、水力喷射压裂、井下节流工艺等低渗透气田勘探开发配套技术系列;创新了勘探开发一体化模式,大大缩短了气田从预探发现到规模开发的周期,提高了气田开发投资效益。这些管理创新和技术创新为长庆油田天然气业务持续、健康发展提供了保障,同时也为类似气藏的开发提供了经验借鉴。
The Ordos basin is the second big sedimentary basin in China with rich natural gas resource, but natural gas reservoirs here are characterized by low permeability, low pressure and low ratio of abundance. There is great difficulty for operators to obtain more natural gas from those elusive reservoirs with bad quality of physical character and high heterogeneity, not even to mention the complicated surface conditions like loess and deserts there. In recent years, Changqing Oilfield Company has achieved a great success in developing low-permeability gas fields such as Jingbian, Yulin and Sulige by innovations and practices on technical management. This paper outlines the achievements here: a. the profit of investment has been enhanced by building up a set of standard management system, an integrated mode of exploration and development, shortening the circle from preliminary exploration to commercial development and production to a large degree, and removing many bottleneck issues restricting large-scale development of gas fields; b. a series of integrated technology of exploring and developing low-permeability gas reservoirs has been obtained including fine description of gas reservoirs, two dimension seismic prediction with high accuracy, thin layer horizontal well track control, hydraulic jetting fracturing, and downhole throttling, etc. These achievements provide assurance for sustainable and smooth development of natural gas trade and services for Changqing Oilfield Company, and the successful experience provides reference for operators to develop such low-permeability gas reservoirs.
