断热节能复合砌块砌体的抗震性能试验研究

摘要
断热节能复合砌块是以微孔轻质混凝土作为基材,以憎水珍珠岩绝热保温板或聚苯绝热保温板作为夹芯材,通过复合而成的非承重新型墙体制品,具有保温、隔热、节能、施工方便等诸多优点,是节能建筑的新型墙体材料之一。基于该复合砌块砌体受压剪的试验结果,研究了其水平反复荷载作用下,应用普通砂浆和纤维砂浆砌筑墙体的破坏特征、抗剪能力和变形能力,为该砌块的推广应用提供了依据。
Energy-saving insulation block is a new product used in non-load-bearing wall,which is composited by finely porous light concrete as base and hydrophobic perlite insulation board or polystyrene insulation board as core material.It is one of the new wall materials in building for energy conservation,which has many advantages including thermal insulation,energy conservation,and profitable construction.Based on the experimental results of sheer strength of composite block masonry under lower cycle reversal loads,such characteristics as failure characteristic,shear bearing capacity and deformability of the walls which are builded by ordinary cement mortar and fiber cement mortar respectively are qualitatively analyzed in this paper.It provided a basis for the promotion and application of this kind of block.
