摩擦摆隔震支座在储液罐隔震的应用

摘要
由于储液罐类结构的特殊性,它的抗震问题一直没能得到很好解决。近些年,在国外特别是地震高发区,采用FPS摩擦摆动支座在工业用存储罐隔震方面获得了较大推广,并取得了非常好的减震效果。以Haroun-Housner模型提出的理论为基础,针对某附加摩擦摆支座的储罐结构进行了抗震分析。计算分析表明:FPS支座对于减少储罐结构的地震反应作用非常明显,FPS支座在极温变化下性能仍然十分稳定,特别是对于高寒地区,可以替代低温性能不稳定的铅芯隔震支座。
The seismic problem of liquid storage tank has not been solved properly because of structural particularity.Recently the friction pendulum bearing(FPB) has been widely achieved great used in the field of industrial storage tank especially in the earthquake frequency area abroad,whose vibration reduction effect is excellent.The seismic analysis of one liquid storage tank with FPS bearing is given by means of the calculation model prompted by Haroun-Housner.The analytic result indicates that FPS bearing can obviously reduce the seismic response of the liquid storage.The FPS bearing can replace the lead-rubber bearing which is not stable at the extreme low temperature especially for very cold areas.
