某保护性建筑隔震加固技术研究

摘要
济南宏济堂,是一座具有历史价值的建筑,主体为砖木结构,采用基础隔震技术进行抗震加固,隔震层采用并联复合隔震支座。对该工程采用等效侧力法和空间模型时程分析,并与叠层钢板橡胶支座隔震形式,非隔震形式进行对比。结果表明,该结构在多遇地震作用下保持稳定,实现了"大震不坏"的设防目标;同时工程造价更经济。研究工作较为充分地证明了隔震技术在该工程中的使用是合适的。
Jinan Hongjitang is a historic building.The main structure is the brick and wood construction.This historic structure is retrofitted by using base-isolated technology,and the parallel composite isolators are used in seismic isolation layer.The results of seismic response of this building is computed by the equivalent lateral force method and the time-history analysis of three-dimensional model for this structure is completed,and compared with the laminated rubbing isolation,non-isolation.The results show that the structure keeps stable under frequently occurred earthquake and can satisfy the objective of undamaged under rarely occurred earthquake,and the engineering cost is greatly reduced.It shows that it's convenient to use base-isolation in this structure.
