基于分灾模式的加油站罩篷网架结构抗极大偶然荷载设计

摘要
加油站罩篷网架结构由于罕见雪荷载而破坏,造成大量的人员伤亡和财产损失。针对加油站罩篷网架结构由于无法避免的极大偶然雪荷载而进行分灾设计,以提高结构的安全性适用性分析显得尤为重要。针对极大偶然雪荷载的作用和网架结构(加油站罩篷)的特点,应用ANSYS对结构在极大偶然雪荷载作用下进行模拟分析,根据内力和变形的变化规律,基于结构分灾思想提出了加油站罩篷网架结构的分灾方法,并进行了分灾计算分析。结果表明,分灾设计既可以满足结构的正常使用,又可以在极大偶然雪荷载作用时依靠分灾元件快速减小荷载作用,保证加油站罩篷网架结构的完整性和使用性。
The net structure of the gas station's roof was destroyed by rare snow load.It caused casualties and property damage.It is important to carry on the design of separate disaster and to improve the safety of the structure.Based on the rare and heavy snow load and the characteristics of the net structure(the roof of the gas station),ANSYS is used to simulate the circumstance under the rare and heavy snow load.According to the variation of internal force and deformation.Based on the ideological structure of separate disaster,the method of separate disaster of the gas station canopy grid structure is proposed and the calculation of separate disaster is calculated.The results showed,separate disaster design could satisfy the usual use of the structure and reduce load by the separate disaster component under the situation of heavy and rare snow,and it guarantees the integrity and usability of the grid structure of the gas station canopy.
