台山核电厂安全控制爆破技术研究

摘要
台山核电厂核岛基坑周围有核电厂重要设施和建筑物,爆破采用掏槽爆破、台阶爆破、预裂爆破、保护层爆破等方式,实行多孔多段毫秒微差,按预定起爆顺序起爆。该爆破方法具有降低爆破地震效应,改善破碎质量减少后冲等特点。现场实践证明:该爆破技术是有效的,研究结果可为类似工程提供参考。
There are important facilities and buildings around Taishan nuclear power plants,and cut blasting,bench blasting,pre-crack blasting,protective layer blasting are adopted.Using multi-porous millisecond,it was detonated according to initiation detonating sequences.These blasting methods can reduce the seismic effect,improve the broken quality,reduce the backlash,and so on.Measurement in the field proved that the present technique is effective,and has made good economic benefit.The approches provide good reference to similar engineering.
