火山岩油藏全程加砂充填压裂技术机理研究

摘要
火山岩油藏压裂是国内外储层改造面临的新课题,目前还没有成熟的模式。三塘湖盆地火山岩油藏储集结构复杂,力学性质分布上呈强非均质性,使水力压裂表现出砂堵率高、用液量高、砂比低和有效期短等施工难题。高应力、高缝内扭曲、高滤失、难控缝是突出的技术问题。依据该油藏大量开发井压裂施工资料,介绍了全程加砂充填压裂技术的机理;根据岩体力学观点,提出并实施了全程加砂充填的压裂方法,论述了火山岩压裂造缝和滤失的特殊机理及施工模式。该项技术已在牛东油田应用,增油效果显著,对国内同类油藏压裂改造具有借鉴作用。
Volcanic reservoir fracturing was a new project for reservoir reconstruction both at home and abroad,at present there was no available modes for using.The volcanic reservoirs in Santanghu Basin were complex in their structures,problems were caused such as strong heterogeneity,high sand-up in hydraulic fracturing and high fluid usage and low sand ratio.The key technical problems included high stress,high filtration rate,high contortion in fissure.On the basis of the abundant fracturing data in development wells the mechanism of the full-term sand fracturing technology was introduced,based on the viewpoint of rock mechanics,the full-term sand fracturing technology was proposed and used and the volcanic reservoir fracturing reconstruction and special mechanism of filtration were described.The technique is used in Niudong Oilfield,obvious effect of oil increment is obtained,it provides reference for fracturing reconstruction of the similar reservoirs.
