既有建筑混合隔震性能试验分析

摘要
既有建筑结构整体移位后可采用隔震连接技术就位。为某移位保护性建筑结构就位进行了混合隔震层设计,对所采用的叠层橡胶滑板支座及铅芯橡胶隔震支座进行了静力试验,获得其隔震性能参数,并采用SAP2000对采用混合隔震的整体结构进行了弹塑性分析,与未采取隔震措施时的动力特性和地震反应进行了对比分析。结果表明,工程采用混合隔震技术融合了两种隔震支座的优点,大大提高了该既有建筑结构的抗震性能,满足建筑保护的要求。
The technology of seismically isolated connection can be conducted in existing building's monolithic translocation.Taking an building moving project with hybrid isolation system designed by the author as an example,static tests were respectively made on laminated rubber slider bearings and lead rubber bearings,and performance parameters were obtained.Then elasto-plastic analysis and comparison were carried out between the overall structure with hybrid isolation system and non-isolation structure with SAP2000 software.The results show that hybrid isolation system in this project combines the advantages of two kinds of bearings,greatly improving the seismic isolation effect of existing building structures,which meets the requirement of building's protection.
