基于STFT的钻柱振动信号分析与应用

摘要
钻头在旋转钻井过程中,钻头与井底岩面之间的相互作用引起钻柱强烈的振动,钻进不同硬度介质层产生的钻柱振动信号不同。采用短时傅里叶(STFT)时频分析方法在牙钻条件下对3种介质模型中的钻柱振动信号进行时频分析,提取不同介质层信号时频特征差异,并利用统计分析结合相应高频带的能量累积值实时地预测钻头钻进情况并获取地层信息。实验结果表明STFT能有效区分不同介质层,具有很强的实时性和准确率,在现场钻探实验中有一定的应用价值。
Mutual action of aiguille and rock face would result in strong vibration of drill string during rotary drilling and vibration signals of drill string varied with different hardness medium.Applying short-term Fourier transformation(STFT) time-frequency method to analyzing vibration signals of drill string in 3 medium models.Time-frequency characteristic difference of different medium was collected.Statistical analysis combined with energy accumulation value of high frequency band was used to predict drilling state and obtain strata information.Test result showed that STFT could effectively distinguish different medium and was practicable.
