1000kV特高压交流支柱瓷绝缘子的研制

摘要
根据晋东南—荆门1000kV特高压交流试验示范工程对支柱瓷绝缘子机械、电气、耐地震等性能的要求,首次采用污耐压法对支柱瓷绝缘子进行了污秽外绝缘设计、耐地震计算分析和性能评价。成功地研制了结构高度10m、额定弯曲破坏负荷16kN、扭转破坏负荷10kN.m、爬电距离30250mm的1000kV特高压交流工程用支柱瓷绝缘子。该绝缘子由5个单元件组成,具有优良的机械、污耐压和耐地震特性,可运行于c级污秽等级。试验验证和运行经验皆表明所研制的绝缘子的电气、机械特性等满足特高压交流试验示范工程的要求。
According to the requirements proposed by 1000 kV UHV AC demonstration project from southeastern Shanxi province to Jingmen in Hubei province,including the mechanical,electrical and seismic-resistant properties of post porcelain insulator,a pollution withstand voltage method was used to design the polluted external insulation of post porcelain insulator,and the calculation analysis of earthquake-resistant and the performance evaluation of anti-seismic were also carried out.Post porcelain insulator for 1000 kV UHV AC has been developed successfully by Fushun Electric Porcelain Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.,whose structural height is 10 m,rated bending failing load is 16 kN,torsion failing load is 10 kN·m,and creepage distance is 30250 mm.This insulator is composed of five single elements,and has excellent mechanical,pollution withstand voltage and earthquake-resistant properties,so it can be used in the area where pollution class is c.The simulations and service experience show that the mechanical and electrical properties of post porcelain insulator can satisfy the requirements proposed by 1000 kV UHV AC demonstration project from southeastern Shanxi province to Jingmen in Hubei province.
