摘要

该文以南京市高淳县东坝镇青山新社区规划为例,在对该社区空间现状和特色挖掘的基础上,探讨了新社区旧村保留空间及新区建设空间规划中的差异化策略,并对青山新社区的特色空间塑造提出了对策,以期对相关规划和建设的研究提供参考。
Taking the planning of Qingshan new community in Dongba town of Gaochun county in Nanjing city as a case,and basing on the current situation and characteristics of the space in this new community,this paper discussed the differentiation strategies for the planning of old village space retaining and new district space construction in this new community,and put forward the countermeasures for the characteristic creation of the space in Qingshan new community,in the hope of providing references for the relevant planning and construction researches.
