南京某民国建筑抗震鉴定探讨

摘要
南京某民国时期建筑,建造于20世纪30年代,为保证结构的安全使用,按现行国家标准《建筑抗震鉴定标准》(GB 50023—2009)的要求对其进行了现场检测及抗震鉴定。对地基基础和上部结构现状进行了检查;对结构体系和构件布置及配筋、材料强度、房屋的倾斜情况进行了检测;对结构的平面及竖向的规则性进行了计算分析;按照后续使用年限30年、设防烈度7度对结构进行了抗震措施鉴定和抗震验算。经检测鉴定得出,结构部分位置出现裂缝,建筑结构体系较为复杂,底层南半部分为框架和砖墙共同承重,结构存在错层、越层、楼板不连续、水平转换构件等抗震不利因素,部分结构构件承载力不足。根据检测鉴定结果给出了相应的处理建议。
There is a building built in the 1930' s,the period of the Republic of China in Nanjing.In order to ensure the safety of the structure,site measurement and seismic evaluation were carried on according to Standard for Seismic Appraisal of Buildings(GB 50023—2009).The foundation and the upper structure status were checked;the structure system,component layout,the reinforcement of component,material strength and the building on the tilt of the detection were detected;the regularity of horizontal and vertical of the structure were calculated and analyzed.According to the standard including subsequent use life of thirty years,fortification intensity of 7 seismic measures,the structure identification and seismic analysis were carried on.According to the result of the site measurement and seismic evaluation,cracks are found in some part of the structure;the structure system is very complex and half of the southern bottom is joint load-bearing of frame and brick wall.And there are many unfavorable factors for seismic,such as split-levels,cross layers,unconnected floor slab and level conversion components.The bearing capacity of some parts of the structure component is weak.The corresponding treatment recommendations were given based on the evaluation results.
