摘要

利用现有的计算机网络,建立铁路局、站段和车间的安全风险管理3级联网和安全信息的共享平台。通过模糊综合评判模型进行安全风险预警,提高风险管理意识,为掌控全局安全动态提供信息支持。
Using the current computer network,it was established the sharing platform to the three-level security risk networking of the railway administration,stations and workshops,and the safety information as well.It was also enhanced the consciousness of risk management and provided the information support for the full control of the global security,by Fuzzy and Comprehensive Judgment Model and giving risk status warning.
