设计方案优化模块在评审平台中的建设与应用

摘要
针对传统的工程设计评审工作中的局限性,提出了一种更适合实际工程评审的工作模式。集成多源、多尺度空间数据,采用先进的数学模型,结合现有的设计流程,构建可见、可改、可分析、可对比的新评审模式。通过提供直观、量化的信息,辅助初步设计评审工作更加规范化、科学化。结果表明:在实际的工程案例中,利用该评审模式能够保证从源头上对工程建设投资进行有效控制并能提高工作效率,提高工程设计评审的深度与信息化水平。
In order to overcome limitation of traditional design review process,a new design optimization module is proposed.With combination of current design process,the proposed module has ability to integrate data from multiple sources and adopt advanced data model.The new visible,flexible,analyzable and comparable assessment mode built from the proposed module provides an intuitive,quantified and scientific judgment basis for assessment work.The results from actual projects show that application of proposed module can effectively control project construction investment and improve project delivery efficiency.It brings the informatization of engineering design review process to a higher level.
