永磁型磁流变液极限转矩联轴器的设计分析

摘要
利用磁流变液这种智能材料设计制作的磁流变器件近年来在各领域广泛应用,但作为冶金设备传动部件的研究较少,提出采用永磁铁作为磁源的圆筒式磁流变液极限转矩联轴器,并进行设计分析。依据理论模型条件,讨论了新型联轴器的工作原理、结构设计、磁路设计、优化结构参数的方法;根据磁流变液的Bingham模型、动量方程,推导出永磁型磁流变液联轴器转矩的计算公式。
In recent years smart materials of magneto-rheological fluid are widely used in various fields.However,few studies focus on the metallurgical equipment driving parts.For a rolling mill roller driving system,the limit torque cylindrical magneticfluid coupling was designed and analyzed in this paper using the permanent magnets as the magnetic source.Based on the principle of permanent magnetic fluid coupling,structural design and method of the optimizing structure parameters were discussed;according to the Bingham model,the momentum equation and torque calculation formula of permanent magnetic fluid coupling were derived for further design of the coupling.
