钢框架梁柱节点转角理论模型和测量计算方法

摘要
梁柱节点转角对钢框架的内力和变形及其梁与柱构件的设计有着重要的影响。由于研究环境和研究方法的差异,国内外研究者大多采用自己定义的节点转角和测量计算方法,其测量得到的节点转角中大多包括梁与柱变形的影响,使已取得的大量研究成果在其适用性和可比性上存在较大的不足。该文比较分析了目前国内外学者提出的钢框架梁柱节点转角定义和测量计算方法,对全焊接节点及栓焊混接节点提出了改进的节点转角测量计算方法,并验证其精确性和可行性;随后采用较为合适的节点简化理论模型,结合节点转角测量计算方法进行整体分析,讨论其准确性。有限元分析结果显示该文建议的3种节点转角测量计算方法具有很高的精度,而选取节点域斜向弹簧模型进行整体框架的简化分析时,不仅可以考虑节点转动的影响,而且其分析计算结果具有很高的精确性。
The beam-to-column joint rotation influences the internal force and deformation of steel frames,thus influences the design of the beam and column members.Because of the differences in research conditions and research methods,many researchers use their own definitions and methods for the calculation of beam-to-column joint rotation in steel frames,which results in some unknown errors due to the introduction of the beam and column deformation,as a result,some achieved research results can not be referred.This paper compares and analyzes some definitions and measuring calculation methods for beam-to-column joint rotation in steel frames currently used in China and other countries,proposes the improved measuring calculation method for welded joint rotation and welded-flange-bolted-web joint rotation,and verifies its accuracy and feasibility;then combines the measuring calculation method of joint rotation and uses the suitable joint simplified theoretical model to carry out the global analysis,and discusses its accuracy.The results of the finite element analysis show that the three proposed measuring calculation methods of joint rotation have high precision,and the simplified model of the global frame,which incorporates the panel zone diagonal spring,not only considers the influence of joint rotation,but also has high accuracy.
