高层建筑结构超限判断及其应对策略

摘要
高层建筑结构超限工程是指超出国家现行规定及规程中的相关要求的工程,尤其是在适用高度以及适用结构类型上超出相关规定规程的较为高层的建筑工程,还包括建筑结构、体型呈现出较大的不规范性的高层建筑结构,以及在政府管理部门的相关文件中明确规定需要进行抗震性能的专项审查核定的高层建筑实体。在高层建筑结构超限工程的具体设计中,除了需要遵守现有的技术标准及设计规程外,还要对高层建筑结构进行抗震超限计算分析,及具体的抗震结构的应对措施制定及落实等特殊的处理要求。
