基于小波分析的冲击回波法预应力管道压浆质量检测

摘要
介绍了冲击回波法理论及检测原理,通过采集不同注浆饱满度下的冲击回波信号,并采用小波分析方法,研究了主频对不同注浆饱满度的响应规律及其判断依据.通过比较实测主频和同等情况下全空管道的理论主频,判断了孔道的注浆质量.最后结合工程实例进行了检测研究,研究结果表明,冲击回波主频可以有效地评价主梁预应力孔道的注浆饱满情况.
At present,there is no mature and reliable method for testing of prestressed ducts grouting in China.The impact-echo Method is usually adopted for that.In this paper,the principles of impact-echo method and its testing are introduced at first,using wavelet analysis method,through data collection of impact-echo signal on different grouting compactness,evaluation criterion about a basic frequency with different grouting compactness is researched.Then,comparing a measured basic frequency with that in all empty duct under the same circumstances,the ducts grouting quality is judged.At last,with actual engineering,the results of the research show that the impact-echo method is effective to evaluate grout quality in prestressing ducts.
