低合金高强度H型钢的低周疲劳性能

摘要
阐述了钢材高应变低周疲劳性能在抗震设计中的重要性,讨论了静载荷强度、塑性与低周疲劳性能间的关系,并使用MTS810系列试验机对低合金高强度H型钢的高应变低周疲劳性能进行了研究。试验表明,莱钢生产的Q345BH型钢在100周时的循环韧度值(σa.Δεt)为29.8J/cm3,具有较好的高应变低周疲劳性能。
The importance of high strain low cycle fatigue performance on aseismic design of construction steel was introduced in this paper,and the relationship between high strain low cycle fatigue and static load strength and ductility was discussed and the high strain low cycle fatigue of the low alloy and high strength H-beam was studied by using a MTS810 series fatigue testing machine.The result shows that Q345B H-beams produced in Laiwu Steel with a circulation toughness value(σa·Δεt) of 29.8 J/cm3 after 100 cycles have a good high strain low cycle fatigue performance.
