碟形弹簧不同组合的阻尼试验

摘要
碟形弹簧工作过程中,各部位之间的摩擦力会改变其特性曲线。对不同组合状态下φ250/127×16×21碟形弹簧分别进行单片及叠合静态试验和单组动态试验,通过计算获得多种工况下碟形弹簧受力-位移曲线所包围的面积。单片及叠合静态试验各工况下,3片叠合摩擦力最大,3片叠合和4片叠合二硫化钼润滑效果最好;4叠6对碟形弹簧在动态试验条件下,有二硫化钼润滑的功损耗比为0.100 000,而同样组合干态润滑的功损耗比为0.542 667。接触面的润滑对碟形弹簧组的阻尼有显著的影响。同一叠合方式下干摩擦状态碟形弹簧组的阻尼最大,水润滑次之,固态二硫化钼下最小;静态试验时,多片叠合的二硫化钼润滑的功损耗比小于单片干摩擦的功损耗比。
When disc spring is in working process,the friction between various parts can change its characteristic curve.Single chip and composite static test and single unit dynamic test of type 250/127×16×21 disc spring of different combination condition is done,the area enclosed inside disc spring force and distance curve in different working conditions is calculated.In various working conditions of single chip and composite static test,friction of three chips composite is maximum,molybdenum disulfide lubrication effect of three composite and four composite is best.When four fold six pair disc spring is in dynamic test condition,work loss ratio with molybdenum disulfide lubrication is 0.100 000,work loss ratio with the same combination dry lubrication is 0.542 667.Contact surface lubrication has obvious influence on damping of disc spring group.In the same composite way,the damping of disc spring group in dry friction is maximum,water lubrication is less than it,solid molybdenum disulfide is minimum.In static test,the work loss ratio with molybdenum disulfide lubrication of multichip composite is less than that of single chip dry friction.
