钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固砖墙受剪承载力分析

摘要
针对采用钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固砖墙的受剪承载力计算公式中未考虑原砖墙轴压比和高宽比等因素影响,及砖墙抗剪强度计算公式未考虑高宽比影响的问题,分析了高宽比为0.4~2.5,轴压比为0.1~0.8的砖墙采用配筋率为0.0%~0.5%,水泥砂浆强度等级为M5~M15的钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固前后受剪承载力.基于分析结果,提出了考虑高宽比和轴压比影响的砖墙抗剪强度计算方法,以及考虑高宽比、原砖墙轴压比、面层配筋率及面层砂浆强度等级影响的钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固砖墙受剪承载力计算方法.研究结果具有实用性,为砌体加固设计和施工提供了技术手段.
In the existing calculation methods,the shear capacity of brick masonry walls strengthened with reinforced mortar layers was calculated without considering the influence of aspect ratio and axial compression ratio and the impact of the aspect ratio was also not considered in the method of calculating shear strength of brick masonry walls before strengthening.The shear capacity of brick masonry walls with aspect ratio ranging from 0.4 to 2.5 and axial compression ratio ranging from 0.1 to 0.8,before and after strengthened with the reinforced mortar layers of which the reinforcement ratio ranges from 0.0% to 0.5% and the strength grade of the mortar ranges from M5to M15,was analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the calculation method for the shear capacity of brick masonry walls with the influence of aspect ratio and axial compression ratio was proposed,and the calculation method for the shear capacity of brick masonry walls strengthened with reinforced mortar layers was put forward,considering the influence of aspect ratio,axial compression ratio of the original brick wall,reinforcement ratio of the layers as well as the strength of the mortar used for the layers.
