考虑土-结构相互作用的磨机-基础有限元动力分析

摘要
为了研究磨机基础振动较大的原因及如何对基础进行有效的加固,以某矿业公司所用的磨机和基础为研究对象,首先建立磨机-基础系统的有限元模型,同时为了考虑土对结构的影响,建立了地基土的有限元模型,分别对磨机-基础系统进行了模态分析和瞬态分析。分析结果表明,该基础振动较大,有可能是由共振引起的,同时支撑主轴承座基础的刚度不足也是一个主要原因。本研究可使人们能更进一步认识半自磨机基础振动的原因和机理,为更好地设计基础和减少基础的较大振动提供有益的参考。
In order to study the reasons causing vibration of mill foundation and how to effective reinforce thefoundation, mill and foundation of a mining company served as the study object. Firstly, finite element model of the mill-foundation system was established, meanwhile, in order to consider the influence of soil to the structure, finite element model of the soil was established also. And then, modal analysis and transient analysis on the mill- foundation system was conducted respectively. The analysis results showed that the great vibration of foundation may be caused by resonance, and insufficient stiffness of foundation supporting main bearing was also a major reason. The study provided a further understanding of the causes and mechanism of the vibration of SAG mill foundation, and offered useful references for design of foundation and reduction of foundation vibration.
