摘要

以福建省三明市村镇既有建筑为研究对象,在实地调查的基础上,围绕课题"福建省镇(乡)村既有建筑的抗震性能鉴定及加固处理技术研究",分析了村镇既有砖砌体结构、土木结构、生土结构和现浇混凝土框架结构4种结构类型房屋在抗震性能方面所存在的缺陷,为后续开展福建省村镇建筑的抗震设防技术开发、标准制定以及施工技术指导提供参考依据。
Based on seismic performance survey of the existing buildings in village and town of Fujian,the seismic performance evaluations are carried out.The seismic defects existed in masonry structure,civil structure,raw-soil structure and frame structure are analyzed.The results can provide references for village and town building of Fujian in seismic technology development,standard formulation and construction guides.
