定向卸压隔振爆破在生产实践中的应用

摘要
在过去的矿山生产实践中,通常采用不耦合装药、定向断裂控制爆破等方法来实现降低爆破地震、改善爆破质量、提高爆炸能量利用率、降低轮廓线以外岩体的损伤,但效果并不理想。通过矿山生产现场不同装药模式的试验效果对比表明:在露天矿边坡工程中,定向卸压隔振爆破技术能极大改善爆破质量、降低爆破震动,减少对边坡的损伤,从而可加大台阶坡面角和最终边坡角,增加可采矿量,提高矿山经济和社会效益。
Some methods such as decoupled charge structure and controlled blasting of directional fracture were used to reduce blasting seismic,to improve blasting quality and utilization efficiency of explosive energy and to decrease the rock damage outside the contour line.However,the effect was imperfect usually.Data from different charging model in the mine production site shows that directional pressure-relieved and vibration-insolated blasting technology helps greatly to improve the quality,to reduce blasting seismic and damage to open mine slope engineering,which further increases the bench angle,ultimate slope angle and mining quantity.
