全容式LNG储罐基底隔震计算模型及动力时程分析

摘要
以现有的钢质储液罐的隔震计算模型为基础,建立了全容式LNG储罐的考虑基础整体转动刚度影响的基底隔震集中质量法计算模型,并以唐山LNG接收站项目的 16万m3LNG储罐为对象进行了动力时程分析。计算结果表明,若不考虑基础整体转动刚度的影响会引起支座剪力和位移计算值过小,这对工程设计是不利的;在隔震情况下,单桩所受的地震水平力和竖向压力均小于试桩报告的试验值,满足了桩的承载力要求。
Based on the seismic base-isolated mathematical model of steel tank for liquid storage,this paper builds a base-isolated lumped mass mathematical model for full-containment LNG storage tank,which concerns the rotational stiffness of the foundation system in the model.A time history dynamic analysis is performed for the 160 000 m 3 LNG tank in Tangshan LNG receiving terminal.The results indicate that if the rotational stiffness of the foundation system is not included in the model,the horizontal shear and displacement are smaller than that model including the rotational stiffness of the foundation system,this is a disadvantage for the tank design.Under the base isolation,the horizontal shear and vertical compression of single pile produced by earthquake are all less than the test values in the site and fulfil the bearing capacity reqirement of the pile.
