内罐泄漏工况下大型LNG外储罐罐壁温度作用分析

摘要
在考虑储罐内罐中孔泄漏的情况下,采用适当的泄漏源模型,计算了高液位情况下泄漏完成所需时间。借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,对储罐的动态泄漏过程中的温度场和泄漏完成后外罐的位移场和应力场进行分析。结果表明:内罐泄漏是一个缓慢的过程,泄漏完成需36h;混凝土罐壁温度场随环形空间中的液面高度变化而变化;超低温作用引起罐壁较大变形和内力。本文分析结果可以为泄漏工况下储罐结构的安全性设计分析提供一定的参考。
Considering the conditions of medium hole leadage of the inner tank,the complete leakage time for high level were calculated in this paper by using the appropriate source model of leaks.The temperature of'LNG tank in dynamic leakage conditions and the displacement and stress profile of the complete leakage were analyzed by using ANSYS.The results showed that the inner tank leakage process of full-containment was slow,it lasted 36 hours.The temperature of outer tank changed with liquid level in annular space.Ultra-low temperature caused large deformation and stress to the concrete outer wall.The results of the analysis could give some references to the security design and analysis of tank structure.
