基于一致多尺度模型的输电铁塔精细损伤识别方法

摘要
为研究输电铁塔螺栓松动导致的损伤问题,提出了一种基于一致多尺度模型的输电铁塔精细损伤识别方法,即在宏观尺度模型的基础上于螺栓松动的节点处实体建模,细分单元尺寸,以某实际工程500kV输电塔为例建立一致多尺度模型,模拟了螺栓预紧力损失情况下的9种工况的损伤识别程度。结果表明,基于一致多尺度模型的小波包能量曲率差方法可有效识别微小损伤,拟合得出的损伤程度与损伤指标间的函数可定量判断损伤程度,为小波包能量曲率差应用于实际损伤监测提供了理论依据。
In order to study the damage problem caused by the transmission tower bolt pretightening force loss,this paper proposes a transmission tower damage identification method based on concurrent multi-scale model.Namely,it establishes solid model on nodes of bolt looseness based on large scale model and then the elements size is subdivided.Taking apractical 500 kV transmission towers engineering for an example,9kinds of damage conditions of bolt force loss were simulated.The results show that the sum of wavelet packet energy curvature difference can effectively identify small damage,and the fitting function relationship between damage level and damage index can be used to estimate the degree of damage.Therefore,it provides a theoretical basis for actual damage monitoring index.
