摘要

地震灾后恢复与重建期间,必须通过过渡期的安置来解决居民的生产生活需要。这种安置规划既要处理好过渡期规划与重建规划的衔接和城镇管理部门的可操作性,又要确保在规划过程中选址的安全性,利于居民生活。结合都江堰市安置规划项目对过渡期安置点的规划进行分析,希望对安置规划提出一些具有参考价值的方法和措施。
A transitional allocation plan is required to meet the basic living needs of citizens in the period of reconstruction after the earthquake.It is important to guarantee the connection between transitional plan and reconstruction plan and the maneuverability of city government.Moreover,the selected location should be secure and suitable for living.Based on the analysis of the empirical allocation plan for Daguan Town,this paper brings forward some valuable methods
