核电工程结构抗震设计研究综述(Ⅰ)

摘要
2011年3月日本大地震所造成的福岛第一核电站事故给核电工程结构的抗震设计提出了新的挑战。阐述了核电结构抗震设计的基本原则和防护要求,并以日本、美国、中国等国家核电工程为例,介绍了各国的抗震设防标准、设计工况,对各国核电抗震设计规范标准作了对比分析。同时,以水电工程大坝设计为例,介绍了考虑地震发生概率及大坝易损性的大坝地震风险计算方法,以期应用于核电工程抗震设计中。
The nuclear accident of Fukushima Nuclear Power Station induced by great earthquake occurred in March 2011 in Japan challenged the seismic design of nuclear power project.The basic principle and protection requirements of seismic design of the nuclear project are proposed,and by taking the nuclear power projects in Japan,US and China as examples,the seismic fortification criteria and design conditions are introduced,and the criteria of seismic design of the countries are compared and analyzed.Meanwhile,by taking the dam design in the hydropower project as an example,the dam earthquake risk calculation method considering earthquake probability and dam vulnerability is introduced to be applied in the seismic design of nuclear power project.
