东方1-1气田经济高效开发实践及认识

摘要
莺歌海盆地东方1-1气田具有面积大、各气组含气面积叠合性差、储量丰度低、储层非均质性强和非烃组分含量高等特点。为达到经济高效开发气田的目的,针对该气田特点及开发过程中的主要矛盾,在对储层非均质性详细研究的基础上,以高分辨率三维地震技术落实构造、刻画砂体,寻找出海上浅层低渗透气藏的"甜点"——相对高的孔渗体(带),利用大位移长水平井段钻井技术来提高单井的控制产能,通过两期开发及后续调整井的分步实施,实现了对该气田的经济高效开发,其产量满足了下游产业的用气需求。此外,针对长水平段井产能测试困难的问题,提出了适应水平井的稳定产能测试新方法,成功解决了生产管理过程中的难题,达到了少井高产、高效开发海上气田的目标,为类似气田的开发提供了经验。
Gas zones at different areas are isolated from each other in the widely distributed Dongfang 1-1 Gas Field in the Yinggehai Basin,where reservoirs with great heterogeneity have low abundance of reserves and high content of non-hydrocarbon components.In view of this,based on the detailed study of the heterogeneity of reservoirs in this field,the high-resolution 3D seismic techniques are adopted to identify structures,describe sandbodies,and find the sweet spots in the low-permeability gas reservoirs at shallow sea-beds.On this basis,the long lateral or "extended reach" horizontal wells are used to improve the single-well productivity.Through field practices after two-stage development,more new techniques and methods have been employed to achieve economic and highly-efficient development of this field and the gas production capacity will meet the needs of the down-stream users.In addition,new methods for testing the deliverability of long-lateral horizontal wells are presented to develop offshore gas fields efficiently with high production and cost-effectively with few wells.The successful experience in this field will provide reference for the development of similar gas fields in the future.
