新型空冷支架结构体系抗震性能的理论分析

摘要
随着火电厂大容量机组的出现,传统钢桁架+钢筋混凝土管柱形式的空冷支架结构已不能满足结构性能要求,实际工程中出现了钢斜撑+钢桁架+钢筋混凝土管柱的新型空冷支架结构体系。以三边悬挑新型空冷支架结构体系为例,建立SAP2000有限元模型分析其动力特性,并与传统结构体系进行了对比;通过反应谱及弹性时程分析,对比了地震作用计算结果的差异;建立ABAQUS弹塑性有限元模型,分析了不同强度地震动输入下结构的整体变形性能及管柱变形性能。本文可为新型空冷支架结构体系在工程中的应用提供理论参考。
With the appearance of large capacity unit in thermal power plants,traditional air-cooled condenser supporting structure system made of steel truss and reinforced concrete pipe columns can not meet the requirements of large capacity units.In engineering practice,a new type of air-cooled condenser supporting structure system consisting of steel slant supports,steel truss and reinforced concrete pipe columns has already appeared.Taking the new-type air-cooled condenser supporting structure system with trilateral-overhang as an example,this paper builds a finite element model by SAP2000,analyzes its dynamic properties,and then compares it with the traditional structure system.Through a comparison of the base shear between the response spectrum and elastic time-history analysis;the paper establishes an ABAQUS elastoplastic finite element model,analyzes the deformates properties of columns and structure under different intensity of ground motion.The results obtained can give a reference to application of the new type air-cooled condenser supporting structure system in engineering.
