CPR1000核岛厂房抗震裕量分析和评估

摘要
日本"福岛核事故"后,国家核安全局发文要求在运、在建核电站必须开展抗震裕量评估工作。由于抗震裕量评估(SMA)在国内尚属首次,技术难度较大。针对CRP1000核岛厂房结构,采用美国电力研究协会(EPRI)的抗震裕量评估方法(SMA)开展结构抗震裕量评估,包括审查水平地震(RLE)的确定、现场踏勘、高置信度低失效概率(HCLPF)值计算。分析方法和结果可为在运、在建核电厂结构抗震裕量评估提供参考,同时针对分析方法以及可能存在的薄弱环节的处理提出了建议。
After Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan,National Nuclear Safety Administration( NNSA) in China issued requirements that nuclear power plants including of operation and construction must carry out Seismic Margin Assessment( SMA). It is certainly difficult to do it by reason of using SMA method in China as the first time. Aiming at the CRP1000 nuclear plant structure,the article used method of EPRI to evaluate seismic margin,which included review level earthquake( RLE) selection,site walk-down,and analysis of high confidence of low probability of failure( HCLPF) value. Which could help well for SMA of nuclear power plants including of operation and construction,and it was also proposed several suggestions on analysis method and possible weak link treatment.
