地震模拟振动台的基础设计研究

摘要
在设计动力机器基础时,需要对基础进行动力分析,可以依据的动力分析方法包括我国《动力机器基础设计规范》方法、Lysmer比拟法和美国《基础工程手册》中描述的方法等。大型地震模拟振动台的基础与一般的动力机器基础有着明显区别,具有尺寸大、推力大和工作频率范围宽等特点,对于设计这类基础时能否继续沿用上述动力机器基础的计算方法,本文进行了分析和探讨。以某单位6m×6m三向六自由度大型地震模拟振动台的基础为例进行了计算分析,结果表明,美国《基础工程手册》中的方法,在分析计算大型振动台的基础时具有更高的准确性和可靠性。
When designing dynamic machine foundations,dynamic analysis of the foundation is needed.Reliable methods of such analysis include GB 50040-96 method,Lysmer method and the method described in Foundation Engineering Handbook.Unlike general dynamic machine foundations,shaking table foundations are large-sized,suffer great forces and have a wide range of working frequency.So whether the aforementioned methods can be used to deal with this kind of foundation becomes ambiguous.This paper focuses on finding an accurate and reliable method.After calculating a foundation of a 6m×6m shaking table using different methods,the result shows that the method introduced by Foundation Engineering Handbook is more accurate and reliable.
