摘要

汶川大地震对建筑物损害巨大,造成损害原因是多方面,但原有建筑物施工质量差、结构设计安全设置度低及抗震设防烈度低是不争的事实,提高建筑物抗震设计及抗震鉴定标准,并立即在全国范围内开展抗震鉴定工作是刻不容缓的任务。
The damage to building is tremendous in Wenchuan earthquake,and the causes of it is variousness.But the poor quality of construction、the lower security of design and the lower seismic fortification intensity is really.To prove the standard for seismic design and seismic appraiser of building,and carrying out seismic appraise at national immediately is essential and important.
