摘要

基于汶川地震的受灾情况,从强化城镇综合抗震减灾防范能力、做好建筑工程规划选址和工程结构选型、普及和推广应用抗震减灾新技术、新工艺、新材料等方面提出一些思考,以减轻地震灾害造成的损失。
On base of the destroyed situation of Wenchuan in earthquake,the paper proposes some ideas from aspects of strengthening synthetic anti-earthquake ability of county area,doing well the selection of project address and project structure,popularizing new technique,new skill and new materials of anti-knock and so on,it aims to reduce harm of the earthquake.
