塔吊在运营荷载和地震作用共同耦合下的有限元分析

摘要
塔吊是目前建筑工地上应用最为广泛的垂直运输机械,所以在工程建设的施工阶段,塔吊的正常运行就成了安全施工的重要组成部分。目前人们对塔吊的设计、安装、运营的安全方面研究的比较多,但对运营中自然灾害对塔吊安全的影响相对比较少。基于此,这里在地震荷载与吊车运营荷载共同耦合作用下与单独运营荷载进行了有限元模拟比较分析。通过分析表明在地震作用下塔吊的应力应变明显增加,如果不采取合理的抗震设计措施,后果相当严重。
The tower crane is currently building site on the most widely used vertical transportation machinery,so in the construction of the construction phase,the normal operation of tower crane has become an important component of safe construction.Current awareness of tower crane for the design,installation,operation,security aspects of more,but on the operational safety of natural disasters on the tower crane is relatively little impact.In this article is based on this,and earthquake loads common crane operators load coupling and separate operational load carried out comparative analysis of finite element simulations.Through the analysis indicates that the tower crane in earthquake has markedly increased the stress and strain,if not to take reasonable measures,seismic design quite serious consequences.
