甘肃省地震信息发布系统软件构建

摘要
利用中国地震局数字地震观测网络项目和全国地震速报平台,通过中国移动公司MAS信息服务器,开发基于互联网的地震短信发布软件系统。在甘肃地震台网运行发现,地震短信实现快速准确、安全高效地发送,地震应急与救援响应速度提高,地震科技服务社会的能力和手段得以丰富。
Using digital seismic observation of China Earthquake Administration and the National Earthquake Network Project report platform,seismic SMS release software system is developed based on the MAS server.This article provides a new internet earthquake reporting software based on present hardware and software resources in Earthquake Administration of Gansu Province,which has been tested successfully in Gansu Seismic Network and can make the earthquake short message send in a speedy,high efficiency and safe way,to further improve the earthquake emergency and rescue response,earthquake science and technology to serve the community enrich the ability and means.
