北川县抗震救灾卫生防疫措施与体会

摘要
目的通过回顾赴北川县参加抗震救灾卫生防疫工作,总结抗震救灾卫生防疫的有效措施和经验体会。方法归纳总结参加北京疾控系统卫生防疫队赴地震重灾区绵阳市北川县开展灾后卫生防疫的工作。结果抗震救灾卫生防疫队应专业互补、装备良好,统一管理;通过对灾后卫生资源和卫生状况的快速评估,掌握灾区基本情况;灾后不同阶段应突出不同防疫策略和重点;适时适度开展消毒杀虫工作;大力开展食品卫生、环境卫生和健康教育等应急工作;重视卫生防疫技术培训,为当地组建卫生防疫队。结论卫生防疫工作改善了灾区环境卫生,确保了灾区食品卫生安全,防止了食物中毒和传染病的暴发,实现了大灾之后无大疫的目标。
Objective To review the experience of earthquake relief in Beichuan Couty,summarize effective measures and experiences of sanitary and antiepidemic.Method Summarize the epidemic prevention work,carried out post-disaster by Beijing epidemic prevention team in quake-hit Beichuan County,Mianyang City.Results San- itary and antiepidemic team in Earthquake relief should be professional complementarily,well-equipped,unified management.Through rapid assessment of the post-disaster health resources and health status,master the basic situ- ation of affected areas.Different stages of post-disaster epidemic prevention should focus on different strategies and priorities.Timely and appropriately carry out fumigation work.Vigorously carry out food hygiene,sanitation and health education,and other emergency work.Emphasis on health prevention and technical training,leaving a sani- tary and antiepidemic teams not to go.Conclusion Sanitary and antiepidemic work improve environmental sanita- tion,food hygiene and safety to ensure that the affected areas,preventing food poisoning and infectious diseases outbreak,achieve the goal of no major epidemic after the catastrophe.
