“5·12”汶川大地震后四川省18个重灾县疾控机构现状

摘要
目的了解"5·12"汶川地震后6市州18个重灾县疾控机构的人员、房屋、设备、物资等受损情况,为灾后疾控中心的重建提供依据。方法以2007年疾控基本信息数据和2008-06对18个重灾县的调查数据为依据,使用EXCEL电子表格统计分析。结果18个地震重灾县(区)疾控中心,总共1人死亡,有30人受伤;原有房屋建筑面积(包括行政、业务用房、实验室等)67534m2,灾后完全倒塌房屋240m2,占整个面积的0.35%;不同程度的损坏房屋面积51956m2,占总面积的76.93%;总计损失设备4561万元;在疫苗、消杀用品、药品试剂、其它其他物资方面分别损失231、142、294、53万元,总共损失720万元。结论"5.12"汶川地震后四川省6市18个重灾县疾控机构遭到严重破坏,各级政府需加强对疾控人力培养,加强设备、经费等投入,以保证灾区县级疾控工作的正常开展。
Objective To analyze the losses of the Centers for Diseases Control (CDCs) in 18 Quake-hit counties in Sichuan after May 12 Wenchuan Earthquake, and to provide evidences for the reconstruction of CDCs. Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the bases of the basic data of disease control institutions in 2007 and the data obtained by the survey in 18 quake-hit counties in June, 2008 by using EXCEL. Results In 18 CDCs of these areas, 30 staffs were injuried, and 1 was killed. The building of 240 m2 completely collapsed, accounting for 0.35% of the total construction area of 67 543 m2 used as administrative/ professional houses and laboratory before earthquake. The equipments with the value of 45 160 000 yuan RMB were damaged. The losses on the vaccine, disinfectant, drug /reagent and other materials were 2 310 000, 1 420 000, 2 940 000 and 530 000 yuan RMB, respectively. The total loss was 7200000 yuan RMB. Conclusion The May 12 earthquake did a great damage to the CDCs in 18 quake-hit counties in Sichaun Province, therefore, the governments at all levels should strengthen the staff training for CDC and increase the investment of equipments and funds to insure the normal operation of CDC in quake-hit areas.
