中西医结合治疗地震挤压伤临床分析

摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗地震所致挤压伤患者的疗效。方法分析34例地震挤压伤伤员抗炎、止痛及中药外敷等治疗后临床症状体征及病情程度的变化,并统计疗效。结果愈显率为83.33%,总有效率95.24%;临床症状体征积分和病情程度治疗前后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P(0.001)。结论中西医结合治疗挤压伤能明显减轻临床症状体征及病情程度,降低致残率,促进肢体功能的全面康复。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy for earthquake crush injuries.Methods After Using antiiflammatory and odynolysis method,symptomatic treatment and Chinese herbs for treatment of 34 cases of earthquake crush injuries from EICU and TCM department,their clinical data and the changes of the clinical symptoms and disease conditions were analyzed.The therapeutic effects after two courses of treatment were evaluated.Results The obvious curative rate was 83.33% while the total curative rate was 95.24%.There was significant difference in clinical symptoms integration and the disease condition before and after treatment(P ﹤ 0.001).Conclusion The treatment with Integrated Chinese and Western medicine can relieve clinical symptoms and improve disease condition remarkably.Meanwhile it can reduce disability rate and promote the rehabilitation of crush-injured limbs' function.
